SCRIPTURE
Psalm 68:2 NASB Trust in Him at all times, O people; Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us.

NUGGET
There's nothing on your mind that God doesn't care about. Nothing is off the table when it comes to taking your concerns to Him. He cares about it all. He wants to be the place of refuge you run to. It's a safe place, hidden from your enemies. You won't be shamed, discounted or hurt in any way. It's a quiet place of healing and hope.

ACTIVATION
Is there something you've been reluctant to pour out before God? Sneak away from the hustle and bustle of the day, and run to Him with it unreservedly!

PRAYER
Father, thank You for being a safe place I can run to with anything; for loving me and helping me in every circumstance!
