In light of the problems of debt in places like CA, IL, CT, NY, NJ when people are exiting instead of coming in, does this even further impact the desperate situation of debt with fewer people paying taxes? Does this bring us back to the concept of debt cancellation or jubilee as the best potential to prevent collapse?

Congress Passes $95 Billion Foreign Aid Package

Recently the U.S. Congress voted to pass a $95 Billion foreign aid package to help Ukraine, Israel, Taiwan, and some other places. Who and/or what wins and loses with this vote?
