Almost 60 years ago, about one in ten children grew up without the physical presence of a father in the home. Today, the staggering reality is that one in three children are fatherless-with an absent, incarcerated, or deceased father.

While we know the need for children to grow up with both a father and a mother is crucial to their physical, social, and spiritual health, the culture continues to rush headlong into the destruction of the family unit as we’ve known it since the beginning of creation.

Hollywood and the media glorify the single Mom or Dad, the homosexual couple, and transgender children; but these lifestyles and choices don’t come without a price to pay.

On this program, our guest, Tim Schneider, will give his testimony about how he grew up without a father and a dysfunctional mother. He’ll tell us about his difficult early years and the moment his life was changed through a local church ministry and the men and women who reached out to him with the gospel and a helping hand.
