Certainty in Uncertain Times: Church Life During COVID

January 24, 2021 • Keith Wiebe, Gary Dull, Bill Monroe

In Ephesians 4 verses 1 through 6, the Apostle Paul writes, “I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.”

This exhortation from the Apostle Paul is especially meaningful these days. A good reminder of the special affection, unity, and grace we should have as believers for and with one another.

Today’s theme is one that affects us all. No doubt, this past year you’ve seen changes take place in your church due to Coronavirus policies and precautions. Hopefully, you haven’t experienced division, but there are some who have, so it’s a topic we must address-especially for those Pastors who are listening who might be wondering how to go about walking the fine line between those in their congregation that may have differing views on a COVID response.

Two Pastors with decades of pastoral experience share about COVID related issues during this trying time. Guests, Dr. Gary Dull and Dr. Bill Monroe join an interview with host Keith Wiebe and co-host Sam Rohrer.
