Understanding Biblical Authority: God’s Antidote for Rebellion - Part 1

June 14, 2020 • Sam Rohrer, Isaac Crockett

Sam Rohrer and Isaac Crockett are joined by guest Paul Blair (Pastor, Founder of Liberty Pastors) to discuss this important topic by going to the heart of the cause and defining the solution.

In this COVID-19 era governments of the world have marched nearly lock step in response to this end times type plague. Through remarkably common policies governments have departed from historic health related protocols, destroying whole economies, and transferring trillions of dollars of wealth. They’ve locked down billions of the world’s population, greased the path for famines, and increased greater government surveillance. All with no real hope for the future.

Now we face an unfolding time of increasing rebellion and lawlessness. Governments impose restrictions that limit freedom and impose measures of bondage. In the streets of America demonstrations have become the norm with an attitude of lawlessness and superiority being evidenced toward others. This requires more and more government with greater and greater turmoil. Citizens around the world are in despair, calling out for help, and grasping for hope.

Yet, without God government is incapable of offering hope outside more government control. For those who want hope and truly want a solution God has the plan for order and blessing in our nation or any nation. That plan hinges on the understanding of authority.

Join us as we look at the topic “Understanding Biblical Authority: God’s Antidote for Rebellion”. In this first of two programs we’ll look at authority. God’s design for order, purpose in society, and God’s design for the citizen and family. We hope you’ll find the program challenging and informative.

Blessed is the Man

April 7, 2024 • Sam Rohrer, Isaac Crockett

Psalm 1 is the introductory Psalm to the other 149, the gateway to the entire Psalms.  It is powerful citing two paths in life. One that produces blessedness and life. The other death.  Psalm 1 is for all people of all ages. It speaks to us today.  It identifies what the blessed men does and doesn’t do. It identifies what the blessed man will be like and by application how we can be like the blessed man.  Also, it identifies what the ungodly or evil man is not. It concludes by saying that the Lord knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish. Stay tuned as Sam and Isaac consider the important theme, “Blessed is the Man - Psalm 1”.

God’s Word & The Skeptic’s Questions

March 31, 2024 • Sam Rohrer, Isaac Crockett, Guest: Bryan Osborne

Sam Rohrer and Isaac Crockett are joined by guest Bryan Osborne (Answers in Genesis) to discuss this important topic by going to the heart of the cause and defining the solution.\ Ever wonder how old the earth actually is? Is it thousands of years old or hundreds of millions of years old? Ever wonder when Genesis talks about a day if that day is a 24-hour day or a 24-million-year day. Does it make any real difference?  Asking questions is a practice the Lord Jesus did routinely in response to His skeptics with the purpose of exposing their sinister unbelief yet always leading them to the truth. Jesus loved to also answer legitimate questions as posed by His disciples.  In the appropriate fashion and for the right reasons we’ll pose some questions. Not to question God though doubt, but to ask questions to better understand what God has done, said, and who He is.  Join us as we continue to look at the topic “God’s Word & The Skeptic’s Questions”. We hope you’ll find the program challenging and informative.
