The 2020 Election: A Shaking and a Response

October 25, 2020 • Sam Rohrer, Isaac Crockett

Sam Rohrer and Isaac Crockett are joined by guest Bill Koenig (White House Correspondent, Founder World Watch Daily) to discuss this important topic by going to the heart of the cause and defining the solution.

Jesus said in Matthew 24 that before His return deception would mark the times and there would be a convergence of other signs (ex. wars and rumors of wars, earthquakes, plagues, pestilences, drought, flood, fire, and hunger). The apostle Paul told Timothy in 2 Timothy 3:13 that evil men and seducers would go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.

In America, the rise of the unrestrained and the lawless has never been greater. Be it lawlessness on the streets or lawlessness by those in public office who violate God’s moral law or their Constitutional oath, the result is the same. A society that is increasingly stretched to the breaking point of collapse.

Throughout the Old Testament God repeatedly told Israel that their prosperity, their security from the enemy, and their peace and safety was directly linked to their choice to follow Him and obey His commands.

In America, we have walked away from Him and a shaking has occurred. We are days away from a national election to which the entire world awaits. It is a day certain and it is seemingly driving many events.

In Hebrews 12:26-27 it says, “But now, He has promised, saying ‘Yet once more shall I shake not only the earth but Heaven’. Now this, ‘Yet Once More,’ indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain.”

The question is do we recognize this shaking? Do our people recognize this shaking? Do our nation’s leaders recognize God’s doing? Are we responding as God would want?

Blessed is the Man

April 7, 2024 • Sam Rohrer, Isaac Crockett

Psalm 1 is the introductory Psalm to the other 149, the gateway to the entire Psalms.  It is powerful citing two paths in life. One that produces blessedness and life. The other death.  Psalm 1 is for all people of all ages. It speaks to us today.  It identifies what the blessed men does and doesn’t do. It identifies what the blessed man will be like and by application how we can be like the blessed man.  Also, it identifies what the ungodly or evil man is not. It concludes by saying that the Lord knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish. Stay tuned as Sam and Isaac consider the important theme, “Blessed is the Man - Psalm 1”.

God’s Word & The Skeptic’s Questions

March 31, 2024 • Sam Rohrer, Isaac Crockett, Guest: Bryan Osborne

Sam Rohrer and Isaac Crockett are joined by guest Bryan Osborne (Answers in Genesis) to discuss this important topic by going to the heart of the cause and defining the solution.\ Ever wonder how old the earth actually is? Is it thousands of years old or hundreds of millions of years old? Ever wonder when Genesis talks about a day if that day is a 24-hour day or a 24-million-year day. Does it make any real difference?  Asking questions is a practice the Lord Jesus did routinely in response to His skeptics with the purpose of exposing their sinister unbelief yet always leading them to the truth. Jesus loved to also answer legitimate questions as posed by His disciples.  In the appropriate fashion and for the right reasons we’ll pose some questions. Not to question God though doubt, but to ask questions to better understand what God has done, said, and who He is.  Join us as we continue to look at the topic “God’s Word & The Skeptic’s Questions”. We hope you’ll find the program challenging and informative.
