Islam and the China Connection

April 11, 2021 • Sam Rohrer, Isaac Crockett, Mark Christian

Sam Rohrer and Isaac Crockett are joined by guest Dr. Mark Christian (Founder, “The Global Faith Institute”; Former Muslim Imam) to discuss this important topic by going to the heart of the cause and defining the solution.

Throughout history, dictators and totalitarian regimes have waged war, killed hundreds of millions of people, destroyed property, and enslaved millions. The average person’s heart is toward freedom; but the evil in the heart of man drives a few who have become intoxicated with pride, lust, and power to seize to pervert authority ordained by God and drive people into bondage. As a result, the pages of history are stained with the blood of millions as they’ve fallen victim to the sword of God hating and Christ rejecting political or ideological totalitarian regimes.

Over the last century the two leading totalitarian ideologies killing and enslaving the most people has been Islam and atheistic Communism. At the hands of these two ideologies war has been waged, genocide committed, God’s people (Jews & Christians) have been slaughtered, persecuted, and taken into physical and sexual slavery. But oddly, even these two ideologies with much in common have been enemies of each other seeking to kill one other. Today there is a strange alliance between two of the world’s leading totalitarian ideologies Islam and China. We’ll discuss how this alliance is possible and why.

Blessed is the Man

April 7, 2024 • Sam Rohrer, Isaac Crockett

Psalm 1 is the introductory Psalm to the other 149, the gateway to the entire Psalms.  It is powerful citing two paths in life. One that produces blessedness and life. The other death.  Psalm 1 is for all people of all ages. It speaks to us today.  It identifies what the blessed men does and doesn’t do. It identifies what the blessed man will be like and by application how we can be like the blessed man.  Also, it identifies what the ungodly or evil man is not. It concludes by saying that the Lord knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish. Stay tuned as Sam and Isaac consider the important theme, “Blessed is the Man - Psalm 1”.

God’s Word & The Skeptic’s Questions

March 31, 2024 • Sam Rohrer, Isaac Crockett, Guest: Bryan Osborne

Sam Rohrer and Isaac Crockett are joined by guest Bryan Osborne (Answers in Genesis) to discuss this important topic by going to the heart of the cause and defining the solution.\ Ever wonder how old the earth actually is? Is it thousands of years old or hundreds of millions of years old? Ever wonder when Genesis talks about a day if that day is a 24-hour day or a 24-million-year day. Does it make any real difference?  Asking questions is a practice the Lord Jesus did routinely in response to His skeptics with the purpose of exposing their sinister unbelief yet always leading them to the truth. Jesus loved to also answer legitimate questions as posed by His disciples.  In the appropriate fashion and for the right reasons we’ll pose some questions. Not to question God though doubt, but to ask questions to better understand what God has done, said, and who He is.  Join us as we continue to look at the topic “God’s Word & The Skeptic’s Questions”. We hope you’ll find the program challenging and informative.
