Whether in Business, Church, or life in general, leadership is important and has a big impact on people and outcomes. The Bible has a lot say about leadership and the qualities required to lead effectively. This 7 week course will cover Biblically based leadership qualities, the people who demonstrated them, and the outcome. Through these examples, we will explore the benefits and consequences and learn how to apply these qualities in our leadership journey. This will be an interactive class on leadership explaining each quality from a Biblical perspective, sharing examples and our personal experience, and learning together. Each week we will cover one leadership quality, break into small groups for discussion and then share learnings/Q&A. This is for leaders today, people who aspire to be a leader one day, or people interested in better understanding Biblical fundamentals of leadership.
