This upcoming week's core verse is John 10:28: “I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand." This weekend, Pastor Andy will be unpacking the incredibly difficult topic of Eternal Security. Though people have different doctrinal stances when it comes it, one thing is certain: our security is far more dependent on God than us!

This upcoming week's core verse is John 6:53: Jesus said to them, “Truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you." Drinking blood? Eating flesh? This seems like a bizarre teaching, yet for centuries, the church has practiced the ritual of what is known as communion. In fact, most Christian Churches across the globe practice communion weekly. This weekend, Pastor Andy will be unpacking why we do what we do in the Christian Church and will take us deeper into our understanding of communion.

This upcoming week's core verse is John 4:24: “God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship him in spirit and truth." This weekend, Pastor Andy will be unpacking the passage from John 4 where Jesus encounters the woman at the well. They have a significant conversation, that changed the course of her life, forever! The focus of our week will be the topic of worship, and in the book essay we’ll learn that true worship honors God with our hearts, praises God with our lips, and serves other people.

The Gospel of John is such a unique piece of literature. What better person to reveal to us who Jesus is, than his closest friend: John! This upcoming week's core verse is John 3:16. It's probably the single most well known verse by both believers and unbelievers: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." Through this one verse, the entire message of the gospel is summed up. In our lesson, we'll learn that there are three categories of people that we are called to love: our neighbor, our family, & our friends.
