Singing the Sacred

July 11, 2021 • Pastor Andrew Hamilton • Psalm 1

In the center of the bible is the book of Psalms. It's basically a collection of songs, that cover a wide range of styles, moods, moments, and even instruments because they are the soundtrack of our spiritual lives.

Embedded in these songs are some of the deepest truths AND some of the highest promises pointing to Jesus. This weekend, Pastor Andy will be speaking through Psalm 1.

It’s a Psalm most often recited at funerals to provide comfort for those who mourn. But if you really dive into the depths of the Psalm, it’s a lesson on Biblical Leadership. This Sunday, we’ll be unpacking what it means to be a leader and how God may be preparing you for a leading role in helping to expand his kingdom.
