Saturday, April 11th, from 9:00a to 12:00p, the Adrian Police Department will be providing a self defense course for women, 18 years old and older.

Our time will begin with an hour of instruction time, talking through situations that one could find themselves in and how to respond. The remaining two hours will be spent learning a new skill and immediately practicing. 

*Participation is NOT required but is encouraged*

Please know that seats are limited and sign up is required, only allowing 20 women to attend. Sydne will communicate with you if you have been placed on the waitlist and will provide updates of availability as they come.

Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
