The City of Adrian Police Dept. will be facilitating a free self defense course for women, 16 years old and up, at 1Mosaic Church Saturday, April 27th from 9:00am - 1:00pm.

*Please note that there are only 20 spots available for the course, registration is required.*

Sydne will contact you to confirm your spot or to communicate that you're placed on a wait list. If spots become available within the top 20 signed up, those on the wait list will be able to join.

This will also help us gauge the level of interest in this event and if there is value in scheduling self defense classes in the future.

This course will provide a broad range from simple awareness tips for at home/work/school and while out in public. The hands-on application will range from simply getting by someone in your way all the way up to assault with a weapon. Our time will begin with an hour of "classroom" discussion covering awareness tips and the last three hours will be hands-on.

Breakfast and snacks and will be provided.
