Confusion about theology has left the church with a lack-luster approach to developing leaders. We desire then to raise up leaders today that can stand strong in the face of opposition to God’s Word. We need leaders with convictional intelligence. We must be about teaching Biblical identity as we disciple those who are serving with us, believing that belonging without belief anchoring us to God’s Word is counterproductive. Churches that have grown in their ability to help people belong must also grow in their ability to help people think and believe from a Biblical worldview.

This is why our theme this year is “Developing Pastors & Church Leaders with Convictional Clarity”. Through engaging keynote speakers and thought-provoking breakouts, participants will gain practical tools and theological insights on how every Jesus follower must grow in their understanding and Biblical literacy in an age that tickles the ears.
