Jesus is Alive. Easter 2023

JESUS IS ALIVE.
Did you know that people ultimately weren’t convinced to follow Jesus because of what he taught? They became convinced because of what they saw when Jesus was alive. When Jesus died, hope died along with him.
No one was planning to keep this new movement going, because, after all, it seemed Jesus wasn't who he claimed to be. Immediately following the crucifixion, there were no Christians, because there was no Christ. But then something happened - Jesus was alive!
According to Paul and according to history, apart from the resurrection, there would be no story. Apart from the resurrection of Jesus, no one would have bothered to document the story of Jesus. The power of Jesus’ story begins with JESUS IS ALIVE.
