Manna House, in Newton, has a monthly spaghetti dinner fundraiser every second Tuesday of the month. Our church is responsible for providing people to serve in the kitchen. The following tasks are needed to be done:
1PM to 3 PM: Assist the chef with preparing the sauce. Cut vegetables, open cans etc.
3 PM to 7 PM: Kitchen crew needed to prepare salads and bread, cook spaghetti (heavy pots of boiling water from 4 PM), set up take-out dinner containers and serve dinners.
4 PM to 7 PM: Dishwashers.
Some tasks overlap and if you are available to be there from 3 PM to 7 PM, that would be great.
Additional Tuesday spaghetti dinners are on the following dates: June 9, July 14, August 11, September 8, October 13, None in November, December 8.
