Join us for an afternoon filled with fellowship, food, and fun! Bring your favorite outdoor chair, along with family and friends, and enjoy a delicious barbecue and wonderful community time together.
🍖 The church will provide all the meats.
🥗 During the sign-up process, you’ll have the opportunity to indicate your food contribution choice: (sides, snacks, desserts or drinks). Additionaly, if you are able to lend a hand with this great outdoor fellowship: set-up, serve food or and tear-down.
⛺️ Pop‑Up Tents Guidelines
Tents (10×10 max) are allowed but must be weighted, not staked, to protect the park grounds.
• 📍 Place tents near the picnic area
• 🚶♂️ Keep walkways clear
• 🧼 Remove tents after the event
