Our theme, Leading in God’s Image, will challenge us to reflect the character and heart of God in our homes, workplaces, church, and community. True spiritual leadership is not about position or personal authority—it is about becoming the men God has called us to be. We will gather at Fairhaven Ministries, a beautiful mountain retreat near Roan Mountain, where we can slow down, seek God, and be refreshed.
