What is Discipleship?
## TALK ABOUT IT 1. Why should we make disciples? 2. What stops you from making disciples? What steps can you take this week to help you overcome this? 3. When and how did you respond to the call of Jesus to follow Him, fish for people, and fellowship with believers? 4. Which of these three areas of discipleship do you feel you need to grow more in? What is one thing you can do this week to grow in that area? 5. Where are you in your discipleship journey? How can you help others begin their walk with God?
Engage
## TALK ABOUT IT 1. Who first preached the gospel to you? What did you like about how he or she did it? 2. How did you meet Christ, and how did He change your life? To whom can you share your testimony? 3. Among those around you, who needs to hear the gospel? When and how can you share your testimony with this person? 4. Is there someone you know who needs to realize that he or she matters to God? How can you engage this person with the gospel? 5. How are you actively and intentionally engaging your culture and community?
Equip
## TALK ABOUT IT 1. Who equipped you to make disciples? How did he or she encourage you to start making disciples? 2. When you were asked to disciple someone, did you feel that you were ready? What did you start teaching this person? What did you think you needed at that time to help others follow Jesus? 3. How will you encourage someone to make disciples? What practical tools and steps can you share with this person to help him or her make disciples? 4. What trainings or classes helped equip you to make disciples? How did they affect the way you make disciples? 5. What skills do you think help you make disciples? How do you enhance your skills to improve your ability to make disciples?
Empower
## TALK ABOUT IT 1. What steps are you willing to take to be an effective witness for Jesus? 2. How did your life change when you started walking with the Holy Spirit every day? 3. Who is the Holy Spirit leading you to preach the gospel to and help follow Him? 4. How have you seen the power of the Holy Spirit work in and through you as you preached the gospel to someone or helped him or her follow Jesus? 5. How have you seen disciples you equipped succeed through the power of the Holy Spirit?
How to Lead Your Own Victory Group
## TALK ABOUT IT 1. Why is application more important than information? 2. How did a Victory group help you grow in your relationship with God? What are the benefits of being in a Victory group? 3. How does your Victory group leader ensure that your Victory group meeting is not about attendance, but growing in your relationship with God through community? 4. How can you ensure that the environment in your Victory group will be relational and organic? 5. Who are the people you can include in your Victory group? Set a time and place to meet with them consistently.

Why is it important to empower people to lead even before they’re completely ready? 3. Why is each aspect of FAITH important? What will happen if one of these is missing? 4. Which aspect of FAITH do you need to grow more in? Who can you ask for help in that area? Set a time and place to meet with him or her. 5. Who can you identify as an intern in your Victory group?
