📢 Youth Conference Announcement!

Hey everyone! Here’s all you need to know for our upcoming Youth Conference trip:

Departure Details:

Date: Friday, November 15th

Time: We’ll leave from the church parking lot at 4:00 PM.

Arrival Time: Please be at the church between 3:30 - 3:45 PM so we can load up and head out on time.

Packing Info:

Bag Size: Space on the bus is limited, so pack a small bag that can fit under or above your seat.

Clothing: Dress in what you’ll wear to both the conference and skating.

Weather: Pack accordingly based on the forecast.

Food: Pizza and water will be provided on the bus ride.

Transportation from School:

Please go ahead and figure out your transportation to the church from school ASAP.

If you need a ride from school, let us know! Someone will come to the school for one pick-up between 3:15 - 3:30 PM.

Spending Money:

Bring extra spending money if you plan to buy food or other items at the after-party.

Important Notes:

We’ll head to the hotel late Friday night after the after-party, so make sure you’re comfortable in what you’ll wear throughout the day and evening.

Tentative Schedule:

Friday, November 15th

4:00 PM: Depart from church

7:00 PM: Session 1 (River Valley Worship & Sonia Figueroa)

9:30 PM: Yth Con After Party at Griffin Skate Inn

Saturday, November 16th

9:30 AM: Doors open

10:00 AM: Session 2 (River Valley Worship & Joe Phillips)

12:00 PM: Lunch break (Chick-fil-A)

1:00 PM: Doors open

1:30 PM: Session 3 (River Valley Worship & Jamal Fletcher)

3:00 PM: Dismissal

**Youth Convention 2024**  

📅 **November 15-16, 2024** // **Griffin First**

We will leave after school on the 15th and return on the 16th around 5 pm.

**What is Youth Convention?**  

Some call it a conference, others call it mini-camp—whatever you call it, it’s the best weekend of the year! We bring the entire Georgia youth fam together for **unforgettable worship**, life-changing messages, exciting surprises, and over 1,000 friends by your side. You won’t want to miss this!

**After Party:**

🎉 **Activities:** Music, games, and skating at Griffin Skate Inn with a **surprise MUSICAL GUEST**!  

🕒 **Time:** 9:30 PM - 11 PM  

💸 **Concessions:** Bring extra cash for snacks!

**Registration Cost Overview**  

*All registrations include a conference t-shirt and Saturday lunch.*  

✨ **Early Bird (until Sept 30):** $59 

✨ **Regular (Oct 1 - Nov 4):** $69

✨ **Late (Nov 5 - Event):** $79

**Note:** All registrations are non-refundable after Nov 4th.
