Come experience a full hour of fun, fast-paced exercise using a variety of equipment, which may include a medicine ball, Bender Ball ®, Gliding discs ®, resistance bands, BOSU ®, hand weights, body weight, big balls and more. To experience the full benefits of class, for those who choose to Zoom please have on hand – a set of hand weights, resistance bands, an 8-9” yoga ball, some type of stability pad and a floor mat. Class includes an aerobic warm-up, full upper and lower body resistance training, core training, balance, and finishes with flexibility exercise! On Tuesdays ONLY – there is an additional 15-20 mins flexibility session performed on the floor for those who wish to stay a little longer to focus specifically on stretching. Intermediate to advanced level class including floor exercise.
