DIVING DEEP
- Verse 5 says, “The faith and love that spring from the hope...” implying that hope is the basis from which faith and love spring. But in one of Paul’s letters to another church (1 Corinthians 13:13) we are told that “faith, hope, and love remain, but the greatest of these is love.” Do these verses contradict each other, or can they actually complement each other?
