Thank you for your interest in joining the mission trip to San José, Costa Rica, with River City Church! This transformative 8-day journey (August 5-12, 2025) includes serving with Ministerio Generación de Guerreros Internacional, exploring the city, and visiting La Paz Waterfall Park and The Britt Coffee Producers. Trip Details-

Dates: August 5-12, 2025 (including travel days)

Cost: $1,300 per person, covering: Round-trip airfare and local transportation and Housing in Heredia.

Meals: Lunch and dinner on non-travel days; light breakfast snacks (bananas, coffee, etc.) daily. Note: Meals on travel days (August 5 and 12) are on your own.

Activities: Serve the local church, support a senior center, feed hundreds in the community, and explore Costa Rica's culture. Excursions to La Paz Waterfall Park and The Britt Coffee Producers.

Payment and Commitment

Total Cost: $1,300 per person

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due upon registration to secure your spot.

Payment Schedule:

$200 deposit due with registration (DeadLine May 12th 2025)

$550 due by June 1, 2025

$550 final payment due by July 1, 2025

Cancellation Policy:

The $200 deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations after June 1, 2025, may incur additional fees due to non-refundable bookings.

Full refunds (minus deposit) are available for cancellations before June 1, 2025.
