The Buckeye Christian Church teen group will be attending Summer in the Son at Kentucky Christian University from July 12–17, 2026.

We will pack up and depart from the Buckeye Christian Church parking lot at 1:00 PM on Sunday, July 12. Students should arrive a little early so we can load luggage and get everyone checked in before leaving together by bus.

This week-long retreat is open to students entering 9th–12th grade, and 2026 graduates are also invited to attend.

Students will stay together on the KCU campus for the week, where they will participate in worship services, engaging lessons, and meaningful fellowship with other students. It’s a great opportunity to grow in faith, build friendships, and spend a week focused on God.

Cost:

The cost to attend is $190 per student. This includes camp admission, lodging on campus, and all meals for the week.

Bring a Friend Discount:

If you invite a friend who registers for the event, both of you will receive $100 off your cost to attend.

To receive the discount, each student must register individually and use the code “FRIEND.”
