What does it mean to be a leader in the kingdom of God? Jesus invites everyone who stands upon the Gospel to grow in partnership with Him in advancing God’s kingdom. Basic Training is a one-on-one discipleship course that covers the basic principles of kingdom leadership, and anyone who desires to understand and pursue kingdom leadership is invited to participate in Basic Training.

You and your trainer will work one-on-one through ten topics that cover principles, pictures, and praxis of kingdom leadership. We estimate 3 hours of training per week: 1 hour of audio/video teaching, 1 hour of dialogue with your trainer, and 1 hour or praxis assignments. This training is open to EVERYONE in the Radius network. The only requirement is that you are trained by a pastor or leader in the Radius network (someone who has completed leadership training). Reach out to staff if you need help finding a trainer. Please register at least one week prior to the kickoff.
