This is a sign-up for interest in the trip. This does not garauntee you will be going, but register if you are able to go on the dates listed. When we have reached enough registrants to send a team we will notify you that the trip is happening. The trip information is below:

***All participants must have an unexpired background check with Temple Church on file. Once you’ve registered, a member of staff will contact you if a background check is needed.***

Come and serve with Hurricane Helene Rebuild. We are in need of skilled and unskilled volunteers to help with this first rebuild phase which will get people back into their home and make it safe, sanitary and functional (not finished). This will be a physically demanding volunteer spot for reconstructing homes. We will not be working at food banks, supply distribution, etc.

Schedule (6 day trip)

- April 19th we will leave Temple Church to our lodging location assigned by Baptist on Mission.

- April 20-23rd we will work four full days of reconstruction

- April 24th traveling back to Temple Church

Cost: No cost. (Meals on-site will be covered by Baptists on Mission, but you will need to pay for your own meals when we stop for food on the drive). We will car pool to the location, so we may ask if a few participants would drive their personal vehicle to transport the team.

Lodging:

Baptists on Mission will be housing volunteers in a number of different churches. In most all housing locations they are able to have mobile shower units and provide meals and coordinate all work. If you have tools, please bring them.
