Our annual Backpack Giveaway is a community outreach event designed to serve and bless families as they prepare for the upcoming school year. Similar to last year’s event at Imagine Desert West Middle School, this outreach will provide free backpacks and school supplies to students, along with a welcoming, family-friendly environment.

The event will take place on Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and will focus on meeting practical needs while also creating opportunities to connect with and encourage members of the community.

In addition to backpack and school supply distribution, we will offer a variety of self-care and support services, including haircuts, a nail station, a facial station, and a makeup station. There will also be a dedicated prayer station for anyone in need of encouragement and support.

Families will be able to enjoy hot food, connect with volunteers, and experience a positive and uplifting atmosphere throughout the event.

Our goal is to serve as many families as possible while demonstrating the love of Christ in a tangible and meaningful way.
