Men 18 and older are invited to dive into the life and teachings of Jesus while learning the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Together, we'll cultivate spiritual and physical discipline in an encouraging and supportive environment. Time will include prayer, Bible study and learning Jiu Jitsu technique.

Saturdays at 8:30-10 am. 8 weeks

Wear shorts and t-shirt or rash guard.

No watches/jewelry or footwear on the mats, nails trimmed.
