1. The Bible is often used to reinforce religious preconceived biases.
2. If the Scriptures that shape your conscience don't resemble Jesus, you're using the wrong ones.
3. It's good to be Biblical but it's far better to be Christlike.

1. Our actions don't tel the whole story but our reactions do. 2. Let's not miss the opportunity to respond in contrast to culture. 3. By every human metric Jesus lost, but He lost on purpose with a purpose. 4. To follow Jesus is your choice but you don't choose what that looks like.

The reward for dismounting your "High Horse" is we represent Jesus well John 3:16-17
Part 3: "The Comparison Game" 1. Envy is frustratingly toxic, because we want what we cannot have. 2. Appetites were never meant to be satisfied but to be managed. 3. It's not the "what" that matters but the "why". 4. Wisdom knows when, to say when. 5. To live without envy but with contentment is a learned skill.
