-DATE: March 28-29, 2025

-LOCATION: Evangel University in Springfield MO (1111 N Glenstone Ave, Springfield, MO)

-DEPARTURE TIME: Friday 3.28.25 will be 1:00pm. Please have students to the church by 12:45pm to load into the vans and head out by 1pm. All students will ride down in the 2 vans provided to the Oasis Hotel. 

-FRIDAY NIGHT: Pizza will be provided for dinner, then all students will go to Evangel University for the Friday night rally.

Friday night: Check-in starts at 6 PM, with a rally at 7 PM.

-SATURDAY: For those staying at the Oasis Hotel, breakfast is provided on Saturday morning and there is a Starbucks in the hotel!! 

Saturday: Check-in begins at 7 AM, and orientation is at 8 AM. 

Students will need to bring money for 1 MEAL on Saturday. I will be receiving more info this week about the celebration/award service on Saturday afternoon and will advise when I receive it.
