Blankets for Kids! As part of our Sleep in Heavenly Peace Ministry, we are again offering a session to learn how to make a blanket. On March 10th at 10am in the Outreach room - Jan Barnett will walk you thru the steps to make a twin-size fleece blanket with crocheted edges. Included in this session are ideas for sewing blankets, quilting blankets or making stuffed animals. If you want some hands on assistance bring the following items: 2 1/2 yards of fleece - mid weight non- pill, No. I or J crochet hook, a skein of 4-ply medium yarn in coordinating color or variegated colors, large & small scissors.
