In-Person: Winter Solstice Labyrinth Walk, Sun., Dec. 21, 12:30 pm - 2 pm

Outside

December 21, 2025
12:30 - 2:00pm

A large labyrinth will be set up outdoors for meditation and meditative walking in celebration of the Winter Solstice, a sacred time of going within as we acknowledge that winter will be followed with the coming light of spring.

Labyrinth walking is an ancient and powerful form of meditation. There is only one way in and one way out, no chance to get lost. Take a question or a thought or set an intention as you enter; meditate on it as you walk; spend time in the middle integrating; release and maybe get some clarity or answers on the way out. It is a wonderful way to meditate on the shortest day of the year as we await the return of the light

12 Power cards and stones will be available to use while walking the labyrinth. The labyrinth will be available on the north side of the church. (Take a left out of the entrance to the old playground.)

Information about the labyrinth will be available and chaplains will be holding sacred space.

Love Offering.
