The Dynamic: How It Works
Our goal is your total independence. We meet once per month for a deep-dive Masterclass to build your skills. To see real results, you will be required to practice the routine at least two days a week on your own. We are teaching you the habit of strength, not just a 30-minute class.
* Month 1: The Mechanics. Master the “Big 12” movements and learn how to regress or progress your resistance bands on your own so the tension is always “just right.”
* Month 2: The Fuel. A full form audit plus a deep dive into General Health & Nutrition to feed your muscles and bones for better recovery.
* Month 3: The Engine. Mastering “Time Under Tension”—how to use tempo and breathing to double your results without adding more weight.
* Month 4: The Future. Graduation and Lifestyle Integration. Turning these moves into a permanent, lifelong habit that fits your daily routine.

Everything You Need is Included:
Upon joining, you will receive a basic combination of three resistance bands (Yellow, Red, and Green). In our first session, we will teach you exactly how to customize these to your level.
