Vendor Fair, Food Trucks, Inflatables, and more!

Join us April 12, 2025 for our 2nd annual Spring Fest! This event started with a vision to have a little competition between western NC bbq and eastern NC bbq in the spring of 2024. We will NOT have a BBQ cook off this go around, but instead will be opening it up to food trucks to be present. We will be raising money for the Restoration Church ministries.


That morning we will get started with our vendor fair at 10:00am. The vendor fair will be over at 4:00pm. Our vendors will be set up in the field between the food pantry and church. Space are available for rent for $35. Tables will be available for rent for $5 each. Tents will be available for rent for $10 each. Please register with the link. 

There are a limited amount of booths which are granted on a first come basis based on category of product.

 

Our focus is to provide a variety of vendors displaying unique, high quality, handcrafted items. Event coordinators reserve the right to accept or reject booths based only on coordinators’ judgement.

 

● A limited number of brand-name products, such as, but not limited to Tupperware, Scentsy, Essential Oil, etc., will be accepted.

● Do not bring items to sell not listed on the agreement.

● This event is outdoors. Electrical outlets are not available.

● No yard sale vendors.

● Alcoholic beverages, or inappropriate products or language will not be allowed.

● Your payment will be returned if the Vendor Fair coordinators determine your product is not appropriate or if space not available. Inappropriate products include, but are not limited to, vulgar, lewd pictures or wording, political advertising or promotion, anti-Christian pictures or wording, promotion or alcohol or drug use.

● Vendors are responsible for their own weighted tent (no larger than 10’x10’), table(s) (unless you are renting), booth content, set-up and tear down. Clean up your area after tearing down.

● Unload and load quickly to avoid unnecessary congestion or danger to others.

● Shopping begins at 10am. Allow sufficient time to set up before this time.

● The Vendor Fair concludes at 4pm. We require all vendors to stay until this time. To maintain our atmosphere and for the safety of other vendors, shoppers, and volunteers, do not tear down your booth prior to 4:15pm.

● The Vendor Fair will not be responsible for any theft, damage, or personal injury while on church property.

● Each vendor will donate one item to be raffled (please include a business card). Raffle tickets sell for $1 each. Raffle will be held at 3:45pm. Prizes can be picked up from the church office during business hours if the winner is not present.

Raffle items will be collected and displayed at the Church booth the morning of the event.

● Proceeds will benefit The Restoration Church Food Pantry, Twelve Stones Recovery Ministry, Remnant Generation Youth Ministry and S.W.A.T. Senior Adults Ministry.

The Cornhole Tournament will begin at 11:00am. $30 per team, doubles, cash prize for 1st and 2nd place teams

Inflatables will be available from 11:00am until 4:00pm. Wristbands can be purchased the day of the event and will give kids unlimited access to all of the inflatables.
