YeHoVaH reveals the secret to prosperity in Deuteronomy 28. Deuteronomy 28:1 captures the prerequisite of True Biblical Prosperity. The blessings are for those who obey the Commandments of YeHoVaH, and the curses are for those who disobey. The people had incentives to do the right thing and be blessed. The people knew what YeHoVaH expected of them, there were no surprises.

In the Book of Deuteronomy, the Laws are summarized and interpreted. Thus Deuteronomy is, in essence, a Covenant Renewal Document.

14. Dt 28:8 YeHoVaH shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses,
15. Dt 28:8 YeHoVaH shall command the blessing upon all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land which YeHoVaH thy God giveth thee.
16. Dt 28:9 YeHoVaH shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of YeHoVaH thy God, and walk in his ways.
17. Dt 28:10 And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of YeHoVaH
18. Dt 28:10 And all people of the earth shall …be afraid of thee.
19. Dt 28:11 And YeHoVaH shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers to give thee.
20. Dt 28:11 And the LORD shall make thee plenteous … in the fruit of thy body, in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers to give thee.
21. Dt 28:11 And the LORD shall make thee plenteous … in the fruit of thy cattle, in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers to give thee.
22. Dt 28:11 And the LORD shall make thee plenteous ... in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers to give thee.
23. Dt 28:12 YeHoVaH shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season,
24. Dt 28:12 YeHoVaH shall bless all the work of thine hand
25. Dt 28:12 Thou shalt lend unto many nations
26. Dt 28:12 Thou shalt not borrow.
27. Dt 28:13 And YeHoVaH shall make thee the head, and not the tail;
28. Dt 28:13 Thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath;
