In the Hispanic tradition of Latin American countries, especially in Mexico, one of the oldest celebrations is Las Posadas. This traditionally 9 night celebration has been re-imagined into a special Christmas Eve worship service and celebration. Children will get to explore the sanctuary looking for doors to knock on seeking shelter just as Mary and Joseph did. This service will be about 30 minutes in the Sanctuary followed by a procession to a celebration in The Fellowship Center complete with cake and breaking of pinatas!
