We will be hiking in Lost Creek Cave just south of Sparta, TN. This a wet cave with a high ceiling. We will be registering students on the Lost Creek Cave website. Make sure to sign up by 10pm on Wednesday night (7/2). We will enjoy a message and singing inside the cave. We will eat lunch outside the cave. FYI, Topher has been giving cave tours in public and private caves since 2012. This will be with the permission and supervision of the Virgin Falls Natural Area park rangers.
4 things you need to bring.
- Flashlight with fresh batteries
- Helmet (bicycle or safety) or a hat (it has high ceilings
- Lunch (bring a sack lunch, we will provide drinks in a cooler)
- Shoes that can get dirty - NO CROCS
9:30am - Meet at the Building to load the van
10:30am - Arrive at the Cave & Hike a little/explore before lunch
12:00pm - Devotional, Singing, Inside the Cave
1:30am - Exit the cave and clean off our shoes in the waterfall
2:30pm - Return back to the church building
