A Jesse Tree is an Advent tradition that tells the story of Jesus—from creation to His birth—using one ornament each day for 25 days (Isaiah 11:1–4).

To participate, sign up for a day on the Advent calendar at Orange Central and bring 25 identical ornaments that represent that day’s scripture. Please include the day number on each ornament. At the party, we’ll exchange ornaments so every family leaves with a complete set of 25 ornaments and a scripture guide to use during Advent.

Please sign up only if you can commit, since each person’s ornaments complete everyone’s set. Ornaments don’t need to be expensive or complicated—simply read the scripture and create an ornament that represents it. (If a few spots remain closer to the event, feel free to sign up for more than one.) All spots must be filled in order to host the event.

Please also bring a finger food to share. We’ll enjoy time together, snack, share our ornaments, and pray over our families and the upcoming Advent season.
