May's excursion will be traversing the Ghost River - Saturday, May 18th. Men come and enjoy the adventure and camaraderie of a morning either kayaking or canoeing a portion of the Ghost River. Sign up will be out soon to reserve your mode of transportation. 

A group of men at Christ Methodist are growing an adventure ministry that will take us out into God’s creation to enjoy activities like camping, fishing, whitewater rafting, hiking, biking and more. Our mission is to spur the faith of men with God-honoring and awesome adventures that ignite their hearts for their families, communities, city and world.

Cost: $60/person (Covers your canoe/kayak, transportation and a small tip to our guide.

Time: Church van will leave at 8 AM if you'd like to ride. Or you can meet at the launch location at 9 AM (13640 Yager Dr, Moscow, TN, 38057)

What to bring:

-Fuel up with a good breakfast before setting off.

-At least one-half gallon of water per person

-Snacks or lunch (we'll be on the river for several hours)

-Good hat, comfortable clothing (something that can get wet)

-Sunscreen

-Mosquito spray

-For those with severe allergies or asthma, remember to bring an Epi-Pen or inhaler.
