PennDel Youth Convention

$75 REGULAR Registration (6/19 until 9/14) 

$85 LATE Registration (9/15 until 10/11) 


CHECK-IN FOR ROOMS: 

Will be on Saturday, October 11th at Kalahari outside the Kilimanjaro Ballroom from 2pm-5pm. 

 

CHECK - IN FOR CONVENTION:

When you arrive at penndelyouth check-in for Convention, you will receive wristband passes for each person in your group. These wristbands will be necessary for identification purposes during the entire Youth Convention (this means the entire event – all services and activities!) To replace lost or destroyed wristbands, the cost is $6.00 and can be purchased by the youth pastor or main group leader to the penndelyouth Convention Info Table within Kalahari's Convention Center.


KALAHARI ROOM INFO:

We are very excited to offer you a incredible rate for the resort rooms on-site at Kalahari. You can reserve a room for $265 (Saturday night) & $166 (Sunday night). This reservation includes four (4) waterpark passes. You may add up to two (2) additional guests per room for $50 per person, per night each. Which also include waterpark passes! Average costs comes to be $216 per night (not including the $50 pp if you add additional students)

SEATING ASSIGNMENTS:

SEATING FOR CONVENTION SERVICES IS FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE BASIS. 

It is important for you to remember that you should aim to arrive at the Kilimanjaro Ballroom when the doors open (45 minutes prior to each session) to secure seats for your group. Those groups who choose to arrive within 15 minutes of the start of the session might find it challenging to get seats together. Our Volunteer Event Crew will be available to assist you with seating at the arena.


T-SHIRTS:

Convention t-shirts will be available for $12 as pre-order with registrations until September 15th, 2025. After this deadline, a limited supply of t-shirts and sizes will be available to purchase for $15 at the event. All pre-ordered t-shirts can be picked up at the PDYN merch booth throughout Convention.
