Regarding shared occupancy: Family can share a room. Single adults may share a room on a case by case basis.

If you or your family has special lodging needs, please note them during registration.

Space is limited to 30 participants.

A deposit is required to reserve your spot.

Trip Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Because hotel rooms, transportation, and attraction tickets must be reserved in advance, the following policy applies:

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation.

Cancellations made before April 20, 2026 will receive a refund minus non-recoverable expenses.

Cancellations made after April 20, 2026 may not be refundable unless the spot can be filled.

No refunds will be issued for early departure or missed activities during the trip.

In the event the church must cancel the trip, all payments will be refunded in full.
