REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
The very first input boxes are "First name" & "Last name", this is the name of the camper. Parent/Legal Guardian info box is after this. If registering more than one camper, there is a tab to add more campers AFTER you've inputted the first camper's info.
•Medical Information• Due to the nature of activities at Camp Current FULL DISCLOSURE concerning the camper's medical history must be made. If full disclosure is not made in advance, the Camp Director will be forced to refuse the camper, and the parents will be forced to pick up the camper immediately. Campers who arrive with fever, ringworm, pink eye, or any other communicable disease or undisclosed handicaps or disability will not be admitted.
This form must be signed by the camper's legal guardian.
As the parent or legal guardian of the camper, I authorize camper to attend Camp Current and to engage in all camp activities, including any travel between church campus and camp and any off site activities, any water sports, participate in archery, shoot air rifles, outdoor activities, and strenuous activities. I agree, personally and on behalf of Minor to release Current Church, and their representatives and employees from all liability for harm to Minor or Minor's personal property resulting directly or indirectly from Minor's participation in camp, even if Current Church is negligent, and to indemnify Current Church against any such liability. I authorize administration of a tetanus shot or other medical treatment deemed necessary by Current Church, and I agree to release and indemnify Current Church against all liability and costs for treatment. I also authorize Current Church to use photos or video taken of camper for promotional, Social Media Posts and record keeping purposes.

Check In Info:
Monday, June 22 - Please have campers to church at 8am for check-in which ends promptly at 9:30am as campers depart for camp at 10am and arrive at camp around 11am.
Pick Up Info:
- Thursday, June 25 - Depart camp for church around 10am, and arrive at church around 11am for parent pick-up.
PACKING LIST:
Clothing:
Modest, comfortable clothes suitable for outdoor activities and getting dirty; avoid spaghetti straps, tight-fitting clothing, or clothing with inappropriate language or images
•T-shirts and shorts for daily activities; bring extras for messy or wet activities
•Swimsuit: one-piece or modest two-piece for girls; dark-colored shirts and shorts for water activities
•Pajamas for cabin rest
Footwear:
•Sneakers or running shoes for active games and walking
•Water shoes or sandals for lake or shower use
•Flip flops only for shower use; Crocs are optional but not recommended for active games
Bedding:
•Twin Bedding: pillow, blanket, sleeping bag, etc.
Toiletries and Personal Items:
•Toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, DEODORANT, and hairbrush
•Towels and washcloths: at least two, one for showering and one for swimming
•Sunscreen and bug spray for outdoor protection
•Refillable water bottle to stay hydrated - Please put your name on the bottle!
•Bible, journal, and pen for devotions and camp activities
•Put all medications in a Gallon-Size baggie with student name on it. Medications must be turned in at check-in in original labeled bottles; campers should not keep medications in luggage.
*IMPORTANT!
Camp Current WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen items. Although the campers are not allowed to hang out in the dorms during the day time, the dorms are not monitored every moment of the day. Items left in the dorms could be vulnerable to damage and or loss. Please note that if your camper brings an iPod, iPad, Kindle, etc. (NOT ADVISED) it is at your own risk.
If your child takes prescription medications you will be required to check in all meds, in their original bottle with our nurse as well as detailed information about doses and times they are to take it which will be kept secure while your child is at camp. Forms will be made available on the day of check in.
