Clean Slate Day: Expunctions, Job Fair & Community Resources, hosted at Fallbrook Church in partnership with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. We look forward to having you join us!

If you are seeking legal assistance, please note that you must complete a separate legal services registration form.The Eventbrite registration does not include the information needed to review your case. 

Expunction assistance is currently available for individuals ages 18–30 with dismissed or acquitted Class A and/or Class B low-level, nonviolent misdemeanor cases, including but not limited to:

Burglary of a Vehicle 

Theft of Property up to $2,500 

Possession of Marijuana up to 4 oz. 

Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon 

Resisting/Evading Arrest 

Criminal Trespass 

Criminal Mischief 

First-Offense DWI

If you are attending for the Job Fair or Community Resource Fair only, no additional registration is required. Walk-ins are welcome, and these portions of the event are open to all ages and backgrounds.
