God gives a prophecy for the complete physical and spiritual restoration of Israel. 3/4ths of this prophecy has already been fulfilled.
After God’s judgement, there is comfort and hope for renewal in Israel’s future.
Israel’s leaders had failed to lead God’s way. God promises that there will be a day when He Himself will lead Israel as their Good Shepherd.
