Breakaway teen camp is for students in 7th - 12th grades during the 2024-2025 school year. Space is limited so don't wait to register. We are going to Week 2 of camp, July 14 - 18. ***Please note: we will be enforcing a NO cellphone policy at the request of camp leadership.
****Registration is required at https://cwngui.campwise.com/Apps/OnlineReg/Pages/Login.html BEFORE registering with Radiant. To ensure you are assigned to the right church, you MUST use our unique code when registering. Our church code is RadiantSpf.
Registration is required with both ISM and Radiant as payments can only be made through the church. All of the needed documents are completed during your registration with ISM.
***If you are registering more than 1 student or have the add on t-shirt or high ropes, PLEASE choose "Add another Person" to add those "tickets" before completing your registration. This will ensure we have all needed information for each student and proper payment has been made.***
Please make sure to select the correct 'ticket', boy or girl to ensure your student is included in the proper room. ****If our room(s) are full, you can still register your student using the waitlist option. This does not guarantee that space will open for them but it will reserve a spot. Registration and deposit (refundable should there not be room to add you student) is still required along with the listed registration steps above.
A camp t-shirt and the high ropes course are optional add-ons with non-refundable cost due at registration. Cost breakdown is listed below and includes travel and lunch on Monday. Please email radiantyouth@radiantspringfield.com with questions before registering.
Payment information and Deadlines:

* $100 non-refundable deposit is due at time of registration.
* Early Bird Cost: $249
Registration Deadline: May 25, 2025
* Regular Cost: $275
Registration Deadline: June 8, 2025
* Late Registration Cost: $300 (Must be paid in full at time of registration)
Registration Deadline: June 22, 2025
* Remaining balance due no later than June 22, 2025
* The option to pay in full is the default payment. If you would like to only pay the deposit and any add-ons, simply select the partial payment option at the bottom of the registration page.
Add-on Options:
* T-shirt - $20 per student due at time of registration, available with early bird registration only. Not available for waitlisted students.
* High Ropes Course - $30 per student due at time of registration
