What to Expect:
- Breath as Anchor
We’ll begin with guided breathwork—slow, intentional breathing to calm your mind and invite your body into a state of rest. As your breath slows, so does your inner world.
- Sound Bowl Meditation
You'll then be immersed in the calming resonance of crystal singing bowls. These pure tones invite you into a space beyond words—a quiet inner sanctuary where your spirit can soften and your body can begin to let go. Without any added frequencies, this soundscape is spacious and grounding, allowing you to simply receive.
- Stillness as a Practice
Through moments of stillness and body awareness, you’ll be gently guided to notice where stress is stored and how presence can begin to release it. In this quiet, many find themselves more open to the presence of the Divine—a loving awareness that meets us right where we are.
Following the meditation, you’ll be invited into small group reflection (2–3 people) to share what surfaced, connect with others, and integrate the experience in community.
