RHCCC 2025 Members’ Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at 1:00 pm Eastern Time at Richmond Hill Christian Community Church (9670 Bayview Avenue, Richmond Hill, Ontario) to vote on the following motions. We will continue to adopt electronic proxy voting.

Motion 1: To approve the Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024.

Motion 2: To appoint Stephen PF Chui Professional Corporation as the auditing firm of RHCCC for fiscal year 2025 and to conduct an audit engagement for that fiscal year.

Motion 3: To appoint 2026-2027 deacons nominated by the Executive Church Board. 

Members will receive a private link via email and SMS on May 5, 2025. With the link, members can view all motions, including the 2026-2027 Deacon Nominees Portfolio and 2024 Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report.

Every member will also receive their personalized electronic proxy on Sunday, May 11, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. to start voting. The voting period is from May 11, 2025 to May 25, 2025. The deadline for online voting is May 25, 2025 at 1:00 pm Eastern Time (Canada & US).
