FRIENDLY DISCOURSE is a free Virtual Seminar hosted by experienced family law Attorney Neibra C. Williams and former Judge Judith W. Hawkins, whose ministry experiences include workshop presenter, teacher, motivational speaker, evangelist, spiritual enrichment expert, and author.
