The King is Here

Life is filled with moments. These moments have a way of shaping our entire lives. The birth of a new baby, first steps, first words, first day of kindergarten, first relationship, first kiss, graduating high school, graduating college, first job, getting married, first kid, second kid, first promotion, kids get married, empty nest, and retirement. Life is filled with these brief moments in time that have a powerful effect on us.

Resurrection Power

Power on Trial

The cross stands today as a reminder that one was wrongfully sentenced to death, so that the guilty may go free. It is a reminder that each day we must choose to live in light of the cross recognizing that there we were purchased and set free from our sin, shame, and guilt, never to return. The Fire of Failure

Jesus calls Peter to be His disciple and to walk on water. Peter confesses who Jesus is: the Messiah. These moments will lead to his fire of failure: denying Jesus. But, his fire of failure was not the end of his story. In this sermon, we’ll examine other important moments after Peter's denial.
