We are so excited for you to join us! To have a great camp experience, please read the following:
Camp Location: The Retreat at Norwich Lake
CAMPERS MEET: 8:00 AM on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at Crosslight Church
CAMPERS RETURN: 1:00 pm (approximate) on Wednesday, July 2, 2025
Camp will include meetings, prayers, games, swimming, and morning exercises. There will be evening services, bonfires, music, skits, talent show, and other fun activities.
Campers will have three meals a day, including snacks.
Please do not bring extra snacks. This attracts wild animals to the cabins.
Counselors will sleep in the same cabins as their campers; BOYS and GIRLS SEPARATELY.
It is very likely that siblings and friends will live in separate cabins so each camper must have their own sleeping bag and pillow.
Camp is 5 days long so be sure to bring enough clothing to last for the whole time.
Parents who have multiple campers coming to camp: please pack each camper's belongings separately.
One pair of SNEAKERS or other comfortable closed-toes shoes are required.
ONE-PIECE SWIMSUIT or sportswear is required for girls to wear during swim time! Two-piece (bikini) swimsuits are not allowed (we will have people wear t-shirts on top if they disobey).
NO SHAVING CREAM! Leave it at home, no exceptions.
This destroys property, and just isn't funny anymore.
Anyone who destroys property will be sent home.
Parents, please make sure campers are not packing prohibited items to camp, these include: fire crackers/fireworks, alcohol, weapons, knives, cigarettes, vape, drugs, spray paint, and other illegal things. We WILL randomly check bags.
NO CELL PHONES. Personal cell phones and other electronic devices will be taken and kept until the last day of camp. If there is an emergency, please contact the Retreat phone number: 413-207-3142 and ask for Rob.
Parents with multiple campers, if you have difficulty paying for camp, please talk with Rob.
Finally, parents, we know that you want to be involved. We ask that NO VISITORS come to camp unless approved by Rob. This helps our campers stay relaxed, and comfortably seek after God.
If you come to camp without permission, unfortunately we will have to send you back home.
