Come and walk with the ladies of Faith Building Church at the outdoor trail by Countryside YMCA every Friday from 9:00am-10:00am! We will meet at the gazebo in the parking lot to the right of the YMCA and start with prayer then walk. Feel free to walk as long as you want and at your own pace or buddy up with someone! This will be a great time to encourage one another and get some exercise in at the same time.
